I wanted this demo to be more raw sounding, and dirtier.

I like the raw sound, a lot of the extreme metal I used to listen to back when I first started Grim Decay was like this. In particular the early demos of Black Metal band Sigh. I didn't polish this as much as Demo 1.

I recorded The New World back sometime back in 2021 and have been working on it ever since.

And lack of virtue was recently recorded a month or two ago.
